Goals

I set my goals using the three-level method – I divide a big goal into three levels representing approximately:

  • 10% of the main goal – level 1,
  • 30% of the main goal – level 2,
  • 100% of the main goal – level 3.

Both the main goal and specific levels have set completion dates.
For daily goal management, I use the app I created called Levels.
Not all of my goals are public. I hide goals related to finances or family.

For achieving each level of the goal, I reward myself:

  • Level 1 achievement: Reward up to 50 USD
  • Level 2 achievement: Reward up to 100 USD
  • Level 3 achievement: Reward up to 300 USD

Digital products

Because I don’t want to depend solely on a full-time job. Products offer the opportunity for passive income, which is my goal.

Health Protocol
